Job Description: Rock Solid Software, LLC is looking for a qualified intern or part-time team member who's duties will include bi-weekly or monthly Accounting/Bookkeeping, documentation of calls and online/in-person meetings, coordination and scheduling of meetings and travel, and maintaining great customer relationships.

This intern should be creative, prepared to work in a self-managed, collaborative, remote environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of business including functions in the areas of Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Accounting/Bookkeeping needs (experience with FreshBooks a plus)
• Represent Rock Solid Software as a business professional
• Create and maintain documentation for the organization (experience with Office365 and SharePoint a plus)
• Prepare presentations
• Schedule conference call, online and onsite meetings (experience with Citrix GoToMeeting a plus)

Qualifications: We are looking for a student in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data across multiple market spaces
